Rayne Fulton, MS, LPC, LCDC, NCC, is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with over 25 years of personal practice and a passion for creating a space for healing, connection, and rest. She is also a licensed mental health professional, offering a trauma-informed, compassionate approach to yoga. In 2016, Rayne came to Jesus, who freed her from the bondage of alcohol and prescription medication. Now in long-term recovery, she seeks to reflect God’s redemptive love in every aspect of her teaching. Her teaching style integrates psycho education, breath work, intentional movement, and mindfulness to support others on their paths of renewal and transformation. Rayne incorporates biblical principles and the power of stillness (Psalm 46:10) to invite participants into a deeper relationship with Christ while fostering holistic healing. Whether guiding a moment of quiet reflection or encouraging strength through challenging postures, her goal is to teach with authenticity, humility, and hope from a life anchored in Jesus.
Miranda Goins, MBA, PMP, CLBC, is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500), E-RYT 200, YACEP, and Certified Life Coach with over 15 years of teaching experience. By day, she leads a team of high-performing program managers in the tech industry, and by heart, she is deeply passionate about guiding others through healing movement and intentional rest. She believes that movement is a powerful form of healing and creates welcoming spaces where students feel safe, seen, and supported. Her classes are known for their grounding presence, gentle encouragement, and a touch of playfulness that invites students to release, let go, and reconnect with themselves.
A devoted follower of Jesus, Miranda lives by the truth of Philippians 4:13 - “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” She sees the yoga mat as sacred ground, where faith, freedom, and transformation meet. She is also a strong advocate for equality, empowerment, and diversity, both on and off the mat, and is passionate about creating space for everyone to belong.
Travis and Sarah Abraham are a husband-and-wife culinary team who believe that good food is a celebration of God’s abundant love. Their journey into cooking together began early in their marriage, sparked by a mutual love of hospitality and a desire to serve others through thoughtful and nourishing meals. They share a passion for creating meals rooted in seasonal, whole foods, and guided by the belief that cooking is a sacred art – one that engages all five senses. They believe that food is an integral part of the retreat journey, and their goal is to nourish the body, awaken the senses, and connect your soul to the Creator.
For this retreat, they’ve designed a menu that supports your practice, inspires your palate, and brings a sense of gratitude, groundedness, and joy to the table. Their hope is that each meal draws you closer to the heart of God and reminds you of His Goodness in every detail.
When they’re not in the kitchen, you’ll find them exploring the world in search of fresh culinary inspiration or enjoying life at home in Austin with their three children and lively collection of pets.
